Information provided in accordance with Articles 13-14 of GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into our possession, for the purposes of the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you as follows:

1. Purpose of the processing

The data you provide will be used as part of a service provision contract and for the purpose of sending periodic informational and promotional communications reserved for our customers.

2. Methods of processing

The methods with which personal data will be processed include the storage of our customer records on our password-protected server.

3. Data provision

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 is mandatory to allow us to fulfill a contract and send the newsletter and other promotional information and communications reserved for our customers. Any refusal to provide such data will result in the termination of the contract.

4. Communication and dissemination of data

The data provided will not be communicated or disclosed to other parties except to the bodies responsible for monitoring and complying with legal obligations.

5. Data controller

The data controller is Leonardo Di Brina, a lawyer.

6. Rights of the data subject

At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:

(a) to request confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data;
(b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, and, when possible, the retention period;
(c) obtain rectification and deletion of data;
(d) obtain restriction of processing;
(e) obtain portability of data, i.e., receive them from a data controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
f) to object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) to object to automated decision-making regarding natural persons, including profiling;
h) to request from the data controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object from processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
j) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
